Mario loves fashion.
This is the picture that had the most votes on Nintendo’s Facebook page as the contender for the Xenoblade Chronicles reversible cover art, so it’s likely what you’ll see when the game comes out in America. Want some numbers and reporting to go along with that? Here it is.
THIS IS NOT OKAY.
I really hope Meghan and Drew are doing this right now.

The Legend of Zelda parkas from King of Games, featuring a funnel-neck design with a printed hood lining, two-way zippers, and small, subtle sprite touches scattered around (click for larger images).
The cross-stitched Link peeking out of the left pocket is a particularly nice detail, as if the heart container on the back. King of Games will begin selling these in Bordeaux Red and Navy Blue for ¥14490 ($188, cot damn) starting next week. You can pay crazy bucks for one here.

DO WANT. But maybe not for $188 …
For me, the Mario series has always been as much about the satisfaction that accompanies stomping defenseless mushrooms and turtles as it is about the superior level design that’s contained within every installment.
With Super Mario 3D Land mere weeks from release, I thought I’d share some of my favorite stages from Mario’s past adventures leading up to his Nintendo 3DS debut. Every Sunday until the game’s release, I’ll go over my three favorite stages from every Super Mario platformer. Disclaimer: Before you’re surprised by next week’s installment, I’m forgoing the U.S. release of Super Mario USA because it wasn’t developed exclusively as a Mario title.
That said, let’s start at the beginning, shall we?
Pardon me while I shamelessly promote my other blog …
